With an extensive background in human movement science, I leads classes that are both challenging and restorative. Combining precise alignment instruction and creative sequencing, My classes naturally alleviate ailments of the mind, body, and spirit.
Noah completed his basic Teacher Training at Yoga Tree in San Francisco. He had the opportunity to study under incredible yogis such as Darren Main, Mark Morford, Jane Austin, Harvey Deutch, Jill Abelson, and Jason Bowman.

The 45 minute gentle classes on Wednesday and Thursday are available to Rossmoor residents and their guests ONLY. You can find the Zoom links for those classes at the fitness center’s website.
Recommended donation is $10-20 per class.

Private Sessions
I blend my knowledge of the body with my knowledge of yoga to develop sound instruction and healing modalities. This is especially prevalent in Private Sessions. Where I can give you individualized attention to help you in a variety of ways:
- Preparing-for or recovering-from surgery
- Acute posture work to help you break away from a plateau
- Pain management and body awareness
- Personalized sequencing for developing a home practice
- Exploring different styles of yoga or advancing in your preferred style
All Sessions range from 1-2 hours and are priced on a sliding scale.
